Now that I'm a 1st degree now, I can only use them in XMA competition, if I ever do that. Otherwise, I have to wait until I'm a 2nd degree to use them officially again. The cool thing is that if you do it "just right" the weapon slices through the air, and you can hear a "whoosh" or whistling sound.
